Which materials are used to create my artwork?
DEVICI's artwork represent the latest in the evolution of high-quality, high-consistency canvas art. The canvas is made of bright white, water-resistant, 100% polyester with a fine 1 over 1 weave that provides brilliant color reproduction with rich blacks and incredible detail through a finely textured artist-grade cotton substrate which consistently reproduces image details with outstanding clarity and detail.
With what shipping carrier is my artwork shipped?
Shipping carriers vary depending on your location. We always try to ship with the best local shipping carriers to ensure the fastest delivery of your artwork.
Inches or centimeters?
All artworks are measured in inches. Calculations to centimeters are as follows:
- 12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)
- 20 x 28 (Inches) =50.80 x 71.12 (Centimeters)
- 30 x 40 (Inches) = 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)
- 40 x 60 (Inches) = 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)
Where is my artwork created?
Your artwork is designed in Europe, while hand-crafted near you in the USA, the UK, Europe, and Australia. When you're given the opportunity to make a difference, we think you should take it. We are proud to have all our artwork created locally in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and in Europe, by socially responsible artisans. Creating a quality line of artwork, while positively contributing to the livelihood of your neighbors, just feels right.

Is my artwork environmentally friendly?
DEVICI's inks are odorless and environmentally friendly, having been Ecologo and Greenguard Gold certified. DEVICI's commitment to minimizing our impact on the environment is our Corporate Social Responsibility and a main priority to reduce DEVICI's carbon footprint.
When will my artwork ship out?
Your artwork is unique and hand-made on demand for you within 24 hours of placing your order, please expect your artwork to arrive within 5-10 business days of purchase.
Where is my artwork?
Once your order is placed, and processed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched. This will contain your order tracking number, the shipping method you have selected, and the artwork you have ordered.
Please be aware that your order is subject to the shipping times that you've selected. If you are unsure of the method of shipping you have selected for your order, you can view this on your order conformation email which was sent to you right after your order was placed.
When will my artwork arrive?

Where can I track and trace my artwork?
Yes certainly. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with all your tracking information, from the couriers, and the steps to track the progression of your parcel. To check the estimated delivery time of your parcel, please view the tracking page of your parcel.
